Subject: Not Hillary’s fault
We get it. The DNC wants Obama, the absolutely most unqualified candidate ever, to be the Democratic nominee. We understand; he’s raising money and he’s getting young people involved. As a 30 year Democrat, it will be interesting to see if your idea of putting up a Marxist, far-left Democrat with less than 2 years in the Senate, and 20 years in a racist, anti-Semitic and anti-American church will be successful.
We know you have pressured Sen. Clinton to suspend her campaign and endorse Obama for the sake of bringing the party together. Too bad not one of you were gracious enough to recognize that she has won more votes than any other candidate in American history, and she’s the first women candidate to virtually tie for the nomination. I know, I know, you couldn’t say those things because it would ruin Obama’s false moment of claiming he won the nomination.
And, we know that Sen. Clinton as a loyal Democrat will ask us to vote for Obama, she’ll even campaign hard for him. We support her candidacy 100%, but what you don’t realize, is that we won’t vote for Obama even though she asks us to. (And just so you know — this isn’t her fault — it is entirely Obama’s fault.)
We recognize that campaigns are hard fought and politics isn’t bean bag. But, Sen. Obama’s campaign is the first I have ever seen or experienced where not only was the character of his opponent impugned but so was the character of all her supporters. We, the 18 million people who voted for Sen. Clinton have been called racists, b*tches, Archie Bunker Democrats, ignorant and so much more. We have been vilified, harassed and threatened. Going to a caucus was dangerous, and the intimidation tactics were intense. You, members of the Democratic Party do not understand that our anger is not about our candidate not winning, it is about being abused by fellow Democrats and no one, not Obama or you or DNC leadership standing up to put a stop to it. Some of you were even subjected to the same threats and coercion and did nothing except endorse Obama to get it to stop.I’m embarrassed to be a Democrat, and embarrassed that you are pursuing a path of nominating a candidate who is a worse candidate than GW Bush. I didn’t think that was even possible. This new brand of Soros, Move-on Democrat is so far left that it approaches the wacky right. I’m a Martin Luther King Democrat and I believe he would be appalled by the Obama candidacy. Remember it was MLK who said — “It is not the color of one’s skin but the content of one’s character that matters most.”
There is still time to nominate Sen. Clinton. I hope you realize that Sen. Obama is unelectable before August 25th.

While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75-year-old
was caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a
conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to Obama and
his bid to be our President.
The old rancher said, "Well, ya know, Obama is a "post turtle."
Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a "post turtle"
was.
The old rancher said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come
across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a "post turtle".
The old rancher saw a puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to
explain. "You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up
there, he doesn't know what to do while he is up there, and you just wonder
what kind of a dumb ass put him up there."
Sen. Barack Obama on Thursday batted down rumors circulating on the Internet and mentioned on some cable news shows of the existence of a video of his wife using a derogatory term for white people, and criticized a reporter for asking him about the rumor, which has not a shred of evidence to support it.
“We have seen this before. There is dirt and lies that are circulated in e-mails and they pump them out long enough until finally you, a mainstream reporter, asks me about it,” Obama said to the McClatchy reporter during a press conference aboard his campaign plane. “That gives legs to the story. If somebody has evidence that myself or Michelle or anybody has said something inappropriate, let them do it.”
Asked whether he knew it not to be true, Obama said he had answered the question.
“Frankly, my hope is people don’t play this game,” Obama said. “It is a destructive aspect of our politics. Simply because something appears in an e-mail, that should lend it no more credence than if you heard it on the corner. Presumably the job of the press is to not to go around and spread scurrilous rumors like this until there is actually anything, an iota, of substance or evidence that would substantiate it.”
I know for a fact that Barack and Michelle Obama would like the tape of her blasting “whitey” during a rant at Jeremiah Wright’s church to never see the light of day.On the night of May 31, Johnson fires up the speculation by promising an update by 9 a.m. on June 2. "Now I know why people who have seen the videotape say it is stunning." The blogs start churning, and reporters fish around. On June 1, Roger Stone appears on Fox News and says he's heard rumors about a Michelle Obama tape. Gleefully, a NoQuarter blogger completes the Mobius strip and claims Stone has given Johnson "new credence."
It features Michelle Obama and Louis Farrakhan. They are sitting on a panel at Jeremiah Wright’s Church when Michelle makes her intemperate remarks. Whoops!!The bloggy frenzy increases, with a few possible "transcripts" of the speech making the rounds. Booman posts a theoretical transcript ("from what I understand") in which Obama says "why'd he" and it sounds like she's saying "whitey." Blogger MyTownTalks posts part of "an e-mail with part of the alleged speech," in which Obama says both "whitey" and "why'd he," and rants about "the white man" who "let Katrina happen."
On the morning of June 3, B-list Democratic pundit Bob Beckel goes on Fox News and speculates that "there might be a big shoe dropping on Michelle Obama tomorrow." Later that night, after all the polls are closed, SusanUnPC posts a photo of Michelle Obama at a June 28, 2004 luncheon from the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition convention in Chicago, posing alongside Louis Farrakhan's wife. It kicks off another wave of speculation. On June 4, a blogger at "HillBuzz" posts a new explanation of what's on the tape and claims it was actually recorded at this luncheon.
For about 30 minutes, Michelle Obama launched into a rant about the evils of America, and how America is to blame for the problems of Africa. Michelle personally blamed President Clinton for the deaths of millions of Africans and said America is responsible for the genocide of the Tutsis and other ethnic groups. She then launched into an attack on "whitey", and talked about solutions to black on black crime in the realm of diverting those actions onto white America. Her rant was fueled by the crowd: they reacted strongly to what she said, so she got more passionate and enraged, and that's when she completely loses it and says things that have made the mouths drop of everyone who's seen this.
Louis Farrakhan isn't there, nor is Hurricane Katrina (which happened a year after this luncheon, of course) mentioned. Nonetheless, Johnson links the post as "BREAKING NEWS from Hillbuzz."
I am not trying to steal thunder from HillBuzz. That blogger is breaking important news.I learned last week that Republicans have a tape of Michelle in a racist rant. She does so while part of a panel discussion. I do not know where this occurred.That's my emphasis because two days earlier Johnson reported that Obama was sitting with Louis Farrakhan at Trinity United, and a week before that Johnson was already reporting that Obama's rant was at Trinity United. Johnson starts walking back the story by sputtering that "with or without said tape, we do know that the Obamas participated for almost 20 years in a church that espoused racism." But "without said tape," there's no story. Let's rewind it back. Johnson, on June 2:
