Obama and the Democrats play the race card
By Yael T. Abouhalkah, Kansas City Star Editorial Page columnist
I see that Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius has joined Barack Obama in warning Americans to watch out for the GOP playing the race card this fall. Heck, the Democrats are already doing that, to a degree.
As if people didn't know Obama is black, Sebelius and others are saying that Republicans would "try and frighten people about him" because of his race.
The Democrats are throwing out what they consider to be code words that might be used by people who don't want a black president.
Sebelius offered up "he’s not qualified" and "he's too liberal" as potential code words.
Obama said he might be called "inexperienced" and "young."
Say what?
A lot of Democrats didn't think Obama was well-qualified to be president. That's part of the reason why millions voted for Hillary Clinton in the primaries.
Face it: There are plenty of racist Americans who won't vote for Obama because he's black. We all know that.
But let's not allow Obama, Sebelius and others to chill the discussion -- by the GOP or Americans of all parties -- about Obama's actual qualifications for the presidency.
I agree...do not allow Obama, Sebelius and others to chill the discussion....it is called freedom of speech...we still have that in America...

The race card is going to keep getting played until the American people say clearly that enough is enough. The overwhelming majority of Americans are not racists. Only a small fraction of the white population and the AA liberal leadership are racists.
Electing McCain to POTUS will be a good start to stopping these McCarthy like attacks by the Obama campaign.
I love the way your site has a roundup of the media for those of us who are not supporting Obama.
Stucow,
I know..McCain just has to win to put a stop to this..
Blogger won't let me publish anymore until they look at my blog...I can still get here but no more post..I can do drafts but that is it...all my links to others may have something to do with it...

Bud,
I am going to see if I can add that link for you..
what happened to the blog 30yrdem?? IO read a blurb on NQ........
I have access to my blog but I can't post...I can write drafts but can't post them....still waiting to here from blogger...
Blogger just did the same thing to my pro-Hillary, anti-Obama blog. I am also locked out of posting and waiting for my "review." Apparently a lot of anti-Obama blogs were hit in this manner in the past 24 hours. I'm looking into other blogging options now...
Hey, I heard a rumour, that blogger Blocked you and several other PUMA blogs from Blogging, I HOPE THAT ISN’T TRUE, if it is that is scarey. This IS still the USA right? free speech and all of that?
I am looking into Word Press..
Hi 30yrdem. I read on NQ about the latest Obot Bastids fascist attacks of our blogs. It's an abuse of the "Flag Blog" feature for sure.
Before going through the hassle of moving all your stuff there is a simple way to add a couple of lines of CSS to your html style in the template code to "hide" your top navbar from them, and it is not against Blogger TOS. Google for it or email me for help doing it. I cleaned up the code a tad that I found for it. And I'm looking for more code that I'm thinking of that makes certain links only visible to authors. I need to make a post on this whole topic for us.
Before making this change you should put a blogger 'Logo' icon into your sidebar or footer from the Layout page Add a Page Element to be able to swiftly access the Login page, or Dashboard when logged in.
Hope this helps. Try logging out and logging back in too. It should only take 4 hours for a review not 4 days.
The email addy for us to complain is: "Blogger Help" support@blogger.com
I have already set up a Word Press and imported my blog to there...still working on my word press page but thanks for the info..I will check it out...
FYI I just moved my blog to its own domain:
www.hillaryorbust.com
Wordpress provides an option to import from Blogger. It worked fine and now I am just cleaning it all up.
While I appreciate the advice to remove the top bar, I am not taking any chances with my blog getting flagged repeatedly. I decided moving it was the best way to go.
I'll link up your new site when you have it ready.
I imported my blog over to Word Press...here is the new addy
http://mccaindemocrats.wordpress.com/
I will get your link up hillaryorbust. WP is different and I am figuring it out as I go along..
Riiiiiiiiiight. We all believe that you were a Democrat. Or at least the idiots like you do.
We also believed that all of the Swift Boaters were vets and tellintg the truth.
You people are fucking morons. Members of the cult of the GOP and about to see what realy happened to Rove's vaunted "permanent majority."
Here's a hint: It's only members make Scientology look like a valid religion rather than a cult.
I let the comment above post just so people could see what Obama supporters do all over the internet. If you find it offensive let me know and I will delete it...
Here is a comment I left at hillaryorbust.com. Instead of retyping the whole thing, I'll just copy it :
BEGIN COMMENT:
I have read your claim that your blog has been censored. I think you are jumping to conclusions here.
You said “The keywords here are: “occasionally a blog is flagged incorrectly.””.
The complete paragraph is more revealing :
“Since you are an actual person reading this, your blog is probably not spam. We find spam by using an automated classifier. Automatic spam detection is inherently fuzzy, and occasionally a blog is flagged incorrectly. ”
I think the keywords in this paragraph are :
“We find spam by using an automated classifier.”
Automatic as in the algorithms that Google use to classify and rank websites.
” Automatic spam detection is inherently fuzzy, and occasionally a blog is flagged incorrectly. ”
Fuzzy meaning vague.
I suspect also that you did not read the definition of a spam blog.
When you read this help file, you can find an explication of what the Flag Blog Button is doing.
Quote from the top of page :
“The Flag button isn’t censorship and it can’t be manipulated by angry mobs. Political dissent? Incendiary opinions? Just plain crazy? Bring it on.”
More quotes from the Flag button page.:
“The Flag button is a means by which readers of Blog*Spot can help inform us about potentially questionable content, so we can prevent others from encountering such material by setting particular blogs as ‘unlisted.’
This means the blog won’t be promoted on Blogger.com but will still be available on the Web — we prefer to keep in mind that one person’s vulgarity is another’s poetry. Or something like that.”
So basically, your blog has been flagged as spam by an automatic system and human input by the Flag button has nothing to do with this.
Funny it was our blogs that got blocked...it also says this...
Involves creating tightly-knit communities of pages referencing each other, also known humorously as mutual admiration societies
All I know is blogger blocked Pro-McCain sites...
