What People Are Feeling....

This campaign has made every person who ever got passed over for a promotion or a job in favor of the minority candidate (flavor of the month changes all the time depending on where you live in the country (not only applies to white people)), or the younger and less experienced person, or the person of the opposite gender, or the person that was "straight", relive the hurt and anguish and humiliation we felt at that time. It has made anyone surviving an abusive relationship relive the horrors of those nightmares including the sweet promises that it won't really happen again because we need you and love you so much. This campaign has ripped the heart out of so many people that wanted to believe that a woman could be politically equal to men in the United States. This campaign has fueled hatred and fear at its most basic level. Historically, this is a tactic used by fascists, and this is what Democrats want us to support. I cannot.
